Nummy Island (Best Spot on Big Day)

Nummy island is very small, it only has one road, yet is rich in wildlife such as Herons, Willets, Dowitchers and more because of its marshy terrain. Nummy island holds a number of migratory birds too. Here are some photos we took at Nummy Island. The top bird with a curved bill is the Willet the one next to it is the American oystercatcher and the one underneath it is the Short Billed Dowitcher.
